RGB Internet Systems, Inc. respects the privacy of their RGB EasyWeb users. We do not disclose or sell user account information to third parties. Your email will be used only to notify you about RGB EasyWeb-related news.
RGB Internet Systems, Inc. will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a user's website unless obliged to do so by law or if such action is necessary to: (i) protect and defend the rights or property of RGB Internet Systems, Inc. or (ii) fix or debug problems with the RGB EasyWeb software/service.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
As User of the service you agree that the use of the service is at Users sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RGB Internet Systems, Inc. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

RGB Internet Systems, Inc. makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nor does it make any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through this service or that defects in the software will be corrected. You understand that any material/data downloaded or otherwise obtained through this service is done at your own risk and that you will be soley responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results in such a download.

No advice or information, either oral or written, obtained by you from RGB Internet Systems, Inc. shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION
RGB Internet Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for:
(i) Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service
(ii) Cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messgaes received or transactions entered into through this service
(iii) Unauthorised access to or alteration of Member's transmissions or data, including but not limited to damages or loss of profits
(iv) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
 

4. LAWS
The RGB EasyWeb Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

5. Remedies for Overdue Payment for website development and hosting

If payment has not been received by the due date, RGB Internet Systems has the right to suspend ongoing work for user, until such time that full payment of the outstanding balance has been received.  If full payment has still not been received 21 days after the due date, RGB Internet Systems has the right to replace, modify or remove the Website and revoke the user's licence of the Work until full payment has been received.  By revoking the users's licence of the Work or removing the web site from the Internet, RGB Internet Systems does not remove the Client's obligation to pay any outstanding monies owing.
